CLUCKED UP???
One bite of our chicken and you’ll be clucking hooked.
It all started when Chef Ian Ussher hatched his bright-yellow food truck in late autumn of 2020 at the Walkinstown Roundabout in Dublin 12.
His sticky Korean wings “Hot Clucker” buffalo-fried buttermilk chicken, truffle Parmesan tenders and loaded fries have had hens, chicks and cockerels flapping around with delight.
Fast forward to today with 2 locations, The Cluck Yard, Walkinstown and our first brick and mortar location at The Square Shopping Centre, Level 1 (outside unit), Tallaght.
